Generally
For the most part, we sell used goods. This means that you can not expect that the objects must be in new condition. Any damage, discoloration, stains, chips etc are always given. Regarding cutlery there are almost always traces of use. Bulky goods is only available for pick up in the shop in Osterbybruk.
To make an order, you must be over 18 years old.
Qepta AB is VAT registered and approved for the F-tax.
Payment - from Sweden
In advance
No extra fees when you pay to bankgiro 5927-1924. Make sure to note ordernumber. Your goods will be sent when the money has been registered. If no payment has been made within three work days your order will be cancelled.

The buyer pays the cost of shipping (freight charges on the price). Shipping price shown at checkout. Your order is delivered either as a letter or package; weight and size determines. Furniture, art, lamps, mirrors, carpets and other bulky goods is only available for pick up in the store. We pack as far as possible with recycled materials.
The item normally sent to you within 1-3 working days. On vacation, it may take longer, in which case we will notify you.
If you do not pick up your package within the time spent at the delivery point so that it is returned to us, we will bill you for the extra fee involved.
VAT
Note to entrepreneurs under Swedish jurisdiction: Second hand goods has as special tax; it includes no VAT in the price of them and it is also not possible to draw any sales tax when you buy second-hand.
Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the product, you can complain about it. The largest part of the product range consists of second-hand goods sold in its existing condition. We always try to describe any imperfections. Imperfections and shortcomings noted in the description of the goods does not constitute grounds for complaint. Of course, you may not yourself have caused the injury. If you want to make a complaint please send an e-mail as soon as possible. Describe carefully the reason you wish to complain about the object. If the complaint is accepted, we pay the return shipping. When the goods are returned the money is paid back to you within 7 days.
Withdrawal and return
We follow Swedish law on distance contracts: Konumentverket on distance contracts (applies to Swedish customers, who have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after reception of the goods).
If you regret your purchase, please contact us by e-mail, phone or letter within 14 days after you received the goods. Any return freight is paid by buyers. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and packed as well. The money is paid back as soon as the goods has returned. Expect 1-2 business days after we receive it.
